From the moment a request is sent, the booking has different statuses. You can see the status per booking with your requests. Those statuses are:
REQUESTED. When requested, the guest has sent you a request and it is now your turn to respond. You will therefore also see a timer that you must accept or reject the application within that time.
REQUEST ACCEPTED. From here on you have to wait for the customer to pay or the customer has already paid which means that the booking is confirmed.
ACTIVE. Once the customer has paid you will see that the booking is active and pending.
CANCELLED OR EXPIRED. Under the heading “Expired” you can see whether the customer has canceled the booking. Expired bookings can also be found here.
