How do I manage my availability?

As a host, you decide when you make your stay available. In the calendar of the app or web panel, you can specify which days can be booked. In addition, you ultimately decide per booking whether or not you accept. If you rent out via multiple platforms, you can also synchronise the calendars.

Can I change the availability of my listing after it has been booked?

You can change the availability of a stay within the app or web panel. Please note, when a stay is booked and paid for a certain date, this is fixed. How can I link a calendar via an iCal link?

You can easily link a calendar via an iCal link by going to 'Calendar' in the host environment. Then you will see an overview of all calendars. When you click on the 3 vertical dots at the listing, you can link an external calendar by copying the iCal link at the pop-up. The available days are automatically retrieved and you keep the desired overview.

How do I know on which days my space is booked?

What do I do after I receive a booking request?

When you receive a booking request, you have 16 hours to accept or decline this request via the app or web panel. If you do not approve or reject the application within this time, the application will automatically expire. If this happens too often, it may happen that your account is temporarily put on hold to ensure the quality of the platform.

When will I get paid?

As soon as the guest can no longer cancel, you will be paid immediately. Depending on your bank, the money will appear on your bank account within 3-5 working days. This is done fully automatically via payment processor partner Stripe.

How do I book a safe accommodation?

Before you send your request to the host, check the reviews of an accommodation. Both guests and hosts receive a rating and reviews. When you are ready you send your request to the host and within one hour you receive confirmation whether your request is granted. After the host grants your request you pay for your reservation and everything is set.

For a full refund of the booking rate, guests must cancel at least 24 hours before 12 p.m. UTC of the start date. Guests will not receive a refund of Musjroom’s service fee if the cancelled reservation overlaps with an existing reservation or if they have already received three refunds in the last 12 months.
