How do I manage my pricing and availability on my calendar?

After you have published your listing, you can then easily edit it. To edit your listing:

1. Go to Listings on musjroom.com and select the listing whose address or map location you want to change.
2. Then click on “edit”, indicated at the top right of the page.
3. Under “my listing” you will see three choices. To be able to change the pricing, you will have to click "pricing".
4. Under “dynamic pricing” it is indicated: “go to calendar”. Click on that referral.
5. You will see all data in the forwarded window. Click on the relevant date for which you want to adjust the availability or the pricing.
6. You can then adjust the availability and the price per night.
7. Then click on “save” to save the changes.

You can also change your listing via the mobile app. Follow the same steps to make the adjustments.
