Introducing ‘Minimum stay’

Introducing ‘Minimum stay’

From the start, we have been inspired by the passion our hosts have for renting out their listings on our platform. This has had an extremely positive impact on our community. We believe it is important to keep the relationship between our hosts healthy. This way we can listen carefully and they can give us critical feedback. Valuable feedback has led us to introduce the "Minimum Stay" feature today.

We believe that Musjroom can play a unique role for hosts to help them with today's challenges as much as possible. For example, we previously rolled out "House Rules", a feature that gives Musjroom hosts the opportunity to set rules for their listing. This way, there is more clarity for the guest about what is and is not allowed.

We have been told several times by our hosts that it is not worth it as soon as a guest wants to book for one night, for example. This has various reasons, such as that the costs are not in balance with the revenue.

Today we are introducing a new feature called "Minimum Stay" designed to enable our hosts to specify a minimum number of nights for a booking. Musjroom hosts now have the ability to specify how many nights they want at least per listing they publish. This feature is easy to use via the app or our website.

We look forward to building on these efforts and developing more ways to enable hosts to get the best out of their listings.
